DESIGN APPROACH

“We believe that individual project is linked to a larger context and we explore those connections in our work”

ANALYSE-DESIGN-IMPLEMENT

DESIGN BRIEF

It is an imperative part of the design process. The more information we can gain from you (the client) in the early stages of design, the more effective our decision making and problem solving process will be.

SITE SURVEY

It is an important step as we might notice a few potentials or constraints which might form an important part of the design solution. Also , to achieve maximum space efficiency while designing, irregular shaped sites need to be electronically surveyed.

DESIGN CONCEPT

In this stage we modifies the brief, adjusting and narrowing down a broad-brush approach toward a more precise, well-illustrated concept, capable of being meaningfully discussed with the client.

PLANS PRESENTATION

This stage we start converting everything into actual scale in CAD and detail out everything based on their functional requirement and arrive at an efficient plan.

3-D’S/ ELEVATIONS

This is the stage of projection of the plan into the third dimensional view. A careful play with massing in the elevation to obtain a serene and sensible look to the building.

SUBMISSION DRAWINGS

We furnish you with all the drawings needed for statutory approval of building.

STRUCTURE DRAWING

After geo soil investigation, we use the expertise of qualified structural engineers to do the structural designs of our architectural design matching the safe bearing capacity of the soil. This ensure you use optimum quantity of steel and other structural materials involved in construction.

WORKING DRAWING

We provide each and every custom made detail, to go with our design language, so that the contractor’s work become hassle free. These are the set of drawings that help the contractor to execute the buildings as per our design.

SERVICES DRAWINGS

We specify the locations / quantities and types of all the electrical units from switches to inverter lines to ceiling lights. Also the plumbing drawings will help the contractor avoid complicated plumbing lines which helps waterproofing better. Locating the HVAC units such as indoor AC units and outdoor AC units will make cooling more efficient and prevent surprises by not having the outdoors popping out of the elevation.

BOQ/ESTIMATE

The Bill of Quantity ensures that Materials in each scope of construction is quantified and given to the contractor for him to Quote item wise. This helps you to have a control over the building materials / resources and thus removes the discrepancies caused due to approximations.

SITE VISITS- REGULAR

Visits to site help us achieve better, what we had visualized on the drawing table. Also helps to keep a check on the construction quality and timelines.

SCHEDULE OF FINISHES

A detailed list of materials and quantity of it required , alongside material properties such as color, texture, type etc to help keep in track for the benefit of contractors and clients as well.

HANDOVER
