MSSA is a complete architectural solutions firm which was incorporated in 1982. Since then we have been amongst the leading firms that deliver exceedingly effective solutions.

Our expertise in project planning, project design, project management, construction documentation, and bidding have enabled us to deliver over 5000 results across the country. For our client’s requirement, we involve ourselves in everything from planning to building an estate, from constructing public to religious projects, from transforming raw structures into creative interiors, from renovation to restoration of old structures.

Each of our design develops under its own unique set of circumstances. Many of the project parameters can only be determined by collaboration with the client. Thus generalizing our approach to the design process is difficult.

Founder: Ar. Malkiat Singh Saggu

Ar. Malkiat Singh Saggu completed his Grand Diploma in Architecture and was among the few Architects in India who achieved this. He later became one of the prominent experts in the industry.

He then started his own firm in 1982, m singh saggu & associates which later did numerous projects in Housing, Industrial, Commercial and Educational in vast sizes and structures.

Gaining popularity for his work for the Sikh community, Ar. Malkiat Singh Saggu made more than 300 iconic Gurudwaras all across India. One of his iconic projects was the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management's Head Office at Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib Complex. In this, apart from project designing, he also made efforts in getting the project approved by the Government authorities as it was adjoining the Parliament of India.

His passion for working for the society didn’t stop here, as he also did some significant works in building educational institutions, keeping in mind the growing need of the students. He believed in making buildings that were for the benefit of the society and were timeless in design and sustainability.

He was the founder member of Guild of Practicing Architects which was formed as a need for Practising Architect and their rights. He was also the founder of the Vishwakarma Society, where again, he helped the aspiring architects. Making efforts to raise awareness about this profession, every year on Vishwakarma Day, he organised a large event in which professionals with technical skills were facilitated and provided support.

His outstanding works got recognition when he designed the World's Tallest Trophy. As a result, this was registered in Limca Book of Records 2006 and Guinness book of World Records. His various other works also got awarded by various societies.

Principal: Ar. Taran Saggu

Ar. Taran Saggu, who graduated with a master’s in architecture has over 15 years of experience, dreams of taking the firm to another level with his diverse project portfolio. He specializes in the stream of building design and construction, after undertaking various projects all over Asia Pacific region. He now aims internationally in a big way, Like his father, he believes that success can only be achieved when given attention to detail, technical creativity, innovative thinking and a truly professional approach.
